When can I make an appointment? Day, evening and weekend appointments are available for most services. Every attempt is made to match you with the professional that can best meet your needs. Your therapist can give you more information about their available appointment times, which may vary. What insurance do you take? Most of our providers are considered in-network for many major insurance companies. However, our providers practice independently, so each provider is on a different set of insurance panels. Our office staff would be glad to contact your insurance company and inquire about your benefits. Please have your insurance card handy when you call us at 816-931-9912. Many times, your will owe a smaller portion of the fee if you see a provider on your insurance company's list. However, it is important to be aware that information regarding your treatment is given to your insurance company in order to process the claim. If you have any questions about this, your therapist can give you more information If you wish, our office will submit your claim to your insurance company, but we will ask for information about your policy to do so. Some of our therapists offer fees that can be reduced based on your financial circumstances. The decision is made on a case by case basis. If you are unfamiliar with the Kansas City area, please call the office at 816-931-9912 for help. Where do I park? We recommend parking in any parking garage here on the Plaza. Covered parking allows you unlimited time, while street parking is often limited to one hour or less. Parking is free, however Plaza parking rules are strictly enforced. If you park longer than the indicated time, you may receive a parking ticket. We highly recommend choosing covered parking because it offers unlimited time. |
